5. Delivery
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivery shall be made at your cost to the delivery address you indicated during the registration process.
The merchandise is transported at your risk, even if freight-paid delivery has been agreed, you shall be liable for all damages suffered by the merchandise during transportation. We will not be responsible for shipping delays caused by a carrier and for any damages resulting from late delivery.
Orders received prior to 4:00 PM (Rome Time), from Monday to Friday, will be shipped same day, subject to availability.6. Liability for defects
You are responsible for inspecting the merchandise upon receipt. You shall notify us in writing within 7 days of the receipt of the merchandise of any claims for damages resulting from any defect in the merchandise: under no circumstance we will accept claims or returns of merchandise which has been altered or damaged in any manner.7. Returns and cancellations
Authorized returns and exchanges must be made within 7 days after the receipt of merchandise. Before authorizing the return of merchandise we ask you to prove the defects by sending us explanatory pictures of the products. You will be responsible for all freight and shipping charges on items returned that are not the result of our error.8. Reservation of title

Irrespective of whether title to the merchandise remains vested in us, risk in merchandise shall pass to you upon delivery.
MSX International Informs that some of the products distributed could be considered medicinal in some of the E.U. countries, in accordance with their internal regulations; MSX International also DECLINES any and all liabilities, where the same are offered for sale by unauthorized persons.
9. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Italy, exclusive venue for any disputes is Guidonia Montecelio, Rome, Italy.
10. Force majeure
We shall not be liable for delays in performance of our obligations hereunder caused by acts of God, war (declared or undeclared), government regulation, terrorism, disaster, strikes, civil disorder, curtailment of transportation facilities, or similar occurrence beyond our control, making it impossible, illegal, or commercially impracticable to perform the obligations under these Terms and Conditions of Sale, in whole or in part. The term force majeure shall also be deemed to include non-delivery by foreign companies for reason outside our control.
